Sean Stirling

Sean Stirling Sean was one of 20 new members to Theatre Guild in 2004. He immediately impressed our production team and won the role of Will Parker in our production of Oklahoma!. A huge fan of musicals, Sean has built up an impressive history of stage experience. He has played Donald Marshal in the PMOS production of Irene, Mendel (Fiddler on the Roof), Nanki Poo (The Mikado), Reuben (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Enoch Snow Jr. (Carousel) and Bob Barker (Me and My Girl). Sean is an Honours graduate of the B.A. Applied Music course at Strathclyde University and plays tuba and piano. His experience extends further to Musical Director on a production of Aladdin and Director on a production of Oliver!. For Theatre Guild he was MD on our production of Kiss Me Kate". He has also performed at the Millenium Dome! Sean lists his offstage activities as "sing show tunes, work, sing show tunes, eat, sing show tunes, sleep, sing show tunes ...". His first EVER performance was as 'Mouse' in Puss In Boots at the age of 12, aw! Although claiming to have no secrets (we'll uncover those soon enough!) I can reveal he is partial to the odd Tia Maria and Coke! In addition, there is a rumour that he once played an extremely camp super hero called "The Pink Avenger" - his mother made the costume!!
