We still have almost 10% of the seats to sell and the Theatre Guild
publicity machine rolled into action last week as David Sturgeon wrote to
all of the local papers! Our press page (with a Press Release and cast
photos) has had 40 hits in the last week so lets hope that translates into
lots of articles in your local paper!

Watch out for press reports on Copacabana and let us know about them here
on the Chat Board!!

The Glaswegian paper will be running a story on our International Success
this Thursday (25th September). They have even written to Mr Manilow
himself for comment!

The Tuesday evening performance is now SOLD OUT!

Looks like we'll be hanging that "House Full" sign outside the Copacabana
after all!!

Other nights are selling fast - some tickets now available on the door for
other performances.

Tess and a few members of the stage crew are running 10k around Strathclyde
Park on 26 October in aid of Cancer Research UK. You can donate a few

Talking of charity ... congratulations to Colin McGowan and everyone who
supported him on his 'no swearing' challenge on Saturday! Together we
raised £105 for Yorkhill Sick Kids! This will be added to the club donation
to YCF from the Monday performance (approx. £400)!
